** After hours pick up occurs on Sunday at 12:00pm. An additional $50.00 charge will be applied per family **

***Please do not bring more than one toy and/or bedding option for your pet. Kennel space may be limited with excess items. Do not bring items with your pet that are valuable or irreplaceable. Bryan Animal clinic is not responsible for lost or damage to any personal item or toy left with your pet***
All medications must be in the original packaging. A medication administration fee of $3.00/day will be applied for your pets stay.

For your pet’s protection, all vaccines must be current. We require written proof or phone confirmation from your referring veterinarian of vaccinations, including Rabies, DHLPP/PRCP, and Bordetella, for any dog or cat that stays at Bryan Animal Clinic. If you are unable to provide proof of these vaccinations, a Bryan Animal Clinic doctor will provide a comprehensive physical exam and appropriate vaccines, which are your financial obligation. Your pet must be free of internal and external parasites, including fleas and ticks. If not, we will treat your pet at your expense. Please note that many vaccines do not take affect for 10-14 days, so be sure your pet is vaccinated before boarding for optimal wellness. I agree to and understand this policy.

*** Courtesy baths only apply to pets staying 4+ nights. If you are picking up Sunday or Monday morning before 9:30am the courtesy bath is forfeit. ***
