Medical record requests will have a response from our team within 72 business hours. Patient records will be sent for a $20.00 processing fee once approved by the DVM staff that has seen the patient. If the records exceed 10 pages, each additional page will be $0.50. Your records are available to you for free through the online portal 24/7.
